Linda Gale Waters

Linda Gale Waters, age 78, of Lebanon Junction, KY returned to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 01, 2025, with her family by her side. She was born in Ardmore, Alabama on April 04, 1946, to the late Leonard Wales and Anna Mae Butner. Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was a loving woman, who radiated warmth and compassion. Linda was a devout Baptist and attended Sunny Side Baptist Church. She enjoyed going to the beach, fishing, and cooking with her family.  Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Raymond Waters; parents; siblings, Pearl Wales, Jr. Wales, Delores Cox, Leroy Wales, Steve Wales, and Terry Lawson. 

She leaves to cherish her memory sons, Dennis Waters (Tina) and Ricky Waters (Crystal); grandchildren, Josh Hayes (Ashley), Damon Waters (Laura), William Eddington (Andrea), Dakota Mason, Aubree Waters, and Dylan Davidson; great-grandchildren, Madison Hayes, Deklyn Waters, Bryson Hayes, Rhaelynn Waters, Paisley Hayes, Matthew Farrington, and Hunter Farrington, along with a host of other family and friends.  

Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, April 08, 2025, at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road). The visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 08, 2025, from 11 am until the time of service at the funeral home with cremation to follow. Family video on www.subfuneralhome.com
