Mark Steven Bogard

Mr. Mark Steven Bogard, age 65, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, February 24, 2022. He was born in Louisville on December 4, 1956 to the late George and Mary Katherine Bogard. Mr. Bogard worked in sales at Kimball Midwest. He was a U of L fan, loved street rods and most of all he loved his grandkids. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Cathy (Head) Bogard; daughter, Alicia Halpin (Jonathan); son, Mike Bogard (Burgundy); brother, Donnie Bogard (Pat); sisters, Linda Whitworth, Debbie Norman, Teresa Kelley (Joe); grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, Cadence, Jalin, Chace, Owen; granddog, Sammy; and a host of family, friends, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 12:00 Noon Wednesday, March 2, 2022 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd). Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 from 2:00pm until 8:00pm and again on Wednesday from 10:00am until the time of service at 12:00 Noon. Expressions of sympathy can be made to St. Jude or the Crusade for Children.
