Rama Jo Williams-Barnett born in Leitchfield, Kentucky off Hopewell Road was the daughter of Floyd Williams and Lila Hardin Williams. She was saved at Claggett Baptist Church, baptised in the creek below the church.
She is survived by her brothers, Cecil Williams, Roger Williams, and Steve Williams; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Rama is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Williams and Lila Hardin Williams; her sister, Diane Pawley; her brother, Mike Williams; her daughter, Pam Lawrence; and her son in-law, Bill Lawrence.
Services will be held at Hardy-Close Funeral Home 285 S. Buckman Street Shepherdsville, Kentucky 40165 on Sunday, March 8, 2026. Visitation for family will be 10AM to 11AM. Public visitation will be 11AM to 2PM. A funeral service will follow at 2PM.
