Ronald O'Neal Hopper

Mr. Ronald O' Neal Hopper Sr., age 72, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, April 9, 2016. Mr. Hopper was born in Louisville, KY on June 11, 1943 to the late Roy O' Neal and Helen Mae Hopper. He worked at Brown & Williamson until he left to be a stay at home Dad and caretaker the remainder of his time. He will be missed by many.

Among those who preceded him in death include, his wife, Carolyn Hopper and his parents, Roy O' Neal and Helen Mae Hopper.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Ronald O. Hopper Jr. (Tonya) ; daughters, Jackie Greenwell (Greg) and Karen Hopper (Robbie); grandchildren, Travis Logsdon, Stephanie Hopper, Michael Harris and Amber Hopper and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Friends and family may pay their respects on Monday from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Tuesday from 10:00 am until the time of service at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home.
