Stanley Raymond "Ray-Skeeter" Murphy

Mr. Stanley Raymond “Ray-Skeeter” Murphy, age 85 of Louisville Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on January 27, 2018. Ray was born on February 5, 1932 in Anderson County. He was a mechanic for Brenzel Chevron. He was married to his loving wife of thirty five years, Sue Ann Murphy. He was a big Blue Nation fan who also loved hunting and fishing.

Among those who preceded him in death include his parents, Stanley and Etta Mae (Siers) Murphy; grandmother, Minnie Murphy; daughter, Regina Gail Murphy; son, Kenny Murphy, and stepson, Paul Case.

Mr. Murphy leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Sue Ann Murphy; daughters, Judy Burgin (Skipper) and Doris Goode (Jody); stepson, Phillip Case (Jeannie); stepdaughter, Debbie Davis (Mike); 6 grandchildren, Michelle Lampitt, Eddie Burgin, Angela Ayers, Shawn Murphy, Jessica Severns, Krista Murphy; 9 greatgrandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; and his canine kids, Maggie Mae and Isabella.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N Preston Hwy) with burial in Union Hill Tennessee. www.subfuneralhome.com
