William F. Tatum

Mr. William F. Tatum, age 80, of Shepherdsville, returned to his Heavenly Father on September 28, 2012. Mr. Tatum was a retired pipefitter with Local #522 and a member of Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Mr. Tatum served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Among those that preceded him in death include his parents, George and Mamie Tatum; son, Chester Snapp; brothers, Gerald, Henry, Chester, Sam and Edgar Ray Tatum; and sisters, Emma Pearl Dye and Pauline Howell. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 55 ½ years, Charlotte Tatum; son, Tim Tatum (Anita); grandchildren, Brent Snapp (Ashley) and Beth Elrod (Mickey); great-grandchildren, Savannah, Joshua, Elijah and Drew; and brother, George Tatum.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11:00 am on Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with interment in Calvary Cemetery.
