Billie Jean, our Mawmaw, leaves behind a legacy of overwhelming kindness, compassion, and endless generosity. At her core, she was a woman committed to her family. Her happiness was centered around the happiness of others. She touched the life of every person who knew her, unknowingly teaching each of us what it truly means to care for others.
She loved to cook and she loved to laugh. She held memories of her loved ones so close to her heart that she often reminded us of moments that only someone with her heart could remember. She had a voice so sweet that inspired comfort even in the toughest moments. She was unique in countless ways and will forever be embedded in the hearts and minds of those whose lives she shaped. For these reasons and so many more, we will miss our sweet and loving Billie Jean.
