Shreveport, LA- The father of two sons, but beloved by many young men who spent hours and hours in his home and yard. These were some lucky guys to have a friend like "Mr. Tom." Everyone knew of his love for the LSU Tigers and would always expect to find him in purple and gold.
Tom was born October 25, 1960, in Alexandria, LA, to parents, Donald Witsman and Georgia L. Reddell and died peacefully on April 6, 2017 at Willis-Knighton Medical Center following medical issues he had been dealing with for months. He was a fun-loving dad, a guy who loved his family unconditionally and he had a contagious laugh.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his dad, D.D. Reddell; his brothers, Donnie Witsman, Robbie Reddell and Johnnie Reddell; sister, Tami Witsman and his favorite in-laws, David and Billie Womack.
Tom is survived by his wife of 33 years, Sheila Witsman; sons, Drew Witsman and wife Necole and Derek Witsman and girlfriend, Nataly Masiello; grandsons, Weston and Wyatt Witsman and a host of extended family who loved him dearly.
