Gayle retired from Schering Corporation with over 33 years of service as a Pharmaceutical Representative. Gayle was a loving husband and father who worked hard. He was fiercely loyal to his family and protected them well. Gayle genuinely enjoyed watching others succeed. He loved to laugh and make others laugh. He was a forgiving person and a man with high values. Gayle served Jesus Christ faithfully. He cannot be replaced and will be greatly missed by those who knew him best and loved him most.
Gayle was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, James W. Teel and William Leighton Teel.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sharon Owens Teel; sons, Matt Anderson Teel and John Phillip Teel; daughter, Susan (Suzy) Teel Lehr; grandchildren, Haley Lehr, Noah and Grace Teel.
A visitation for Gayle will be held Saturday, April 2, 2022 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108 followed by a Celebration of Life Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Murry Hodge officiating.
