Huey Lyman Golden was born August 6, 1958 in El Paso, TX. His parents were W. Eugene and Alta Marie Golden. He passed away Sunday, September 27, 2015 in Shreveport.
Mr. Golden was the co-owner of Legends Comics and Cards and was an attorney with his father at W. Eugene Golden and Associates.
Mr. Golden was preceded in death by his father, Gene Golden and a brother, Keven Golden. He is survived by his life partner of 21 years, Jennifer Veith; his daughter, Jamie Golden; a sister, Tammy Romero; brothers, Scott Golden and wife Cindy, Sean Golden and wife Martha, and Mike Golden; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
A service celebrating the life of Huey L. Golden will be conducted Friday, October 2, 2015, 10:00 AM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, Shreveport, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Steve Angell. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, October 1, from 5 until 7 PM at the funeral home.
