Mr. James M. Procell, 68, of Frierson, LA was born in Zwolle, LA on February 23, 1942 and passed away in Shreveport on June 13, 2010. He has been a longtime resident of this area. Mr. Procell retired from Lucent Technologies after 28 years of service. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. James proudly served his country with U. S. Marine Corps.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 16, 2010 in Centuries Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Reverend Steve Gilley of Calvary Baptist Church. Inurnment will be in Centuries Memorial Park.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Dorothy Procell; son, James Edward Procell; daughter, Cynthia Diane Procell; sisters, Mary Stanford, Helen Wallace, and Alene Moore; brother, Sam Preston Procell, Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
