Shreveport, LA- A memorial service celebrating the life of Janis McCallister Davis will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, July 28, 2017 at St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church. Officiating will be Father Francis Kamau.
Janis was born on January 25, 1966 to Austin and Peggy McCallister in Beech Grove, IN and was taken to soon on July 22, 2017 in Shreveport, LA. Jan married her best friend and love of her life Norman Davis and they were married for 32 years and had two daughters. Mrs. Davis served her country proudly in the U.S. Air Force. After serving in the military, Jan spent her career working in the food industry.
Left to cherish beautiful memories of Jan is her loving husband of 32 years, Norman Davis; two daughters, Heather and Morgan; mother, Peggy McCallister and brothers, David, Rick and Michael. She is also survived by her precious dogs, Daisy and Bam Bam.
