Kayla was born January 15, 1965 in Shreveport, LA. She departed this life May 2, 2014. Kayla married Burnis E. Wooldridge on May 23, 1984. She devoted her life to family and God. She was a loving housewife and mother who was always thinking of ways to help others.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 7, 2014, 2:00 PM in Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery, Shreveport. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, 1:00 PM until service time at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home.
Kayla is survived by her husband, Burnis E. Wooldridge; a son, Jonathan Wooldridge; her mother, Judy Harrington; father, Donnie Joe Austin, Sr.; three brothers, Donnie Jr. and Joey Austin and Michael Kenner, all of Shreveport; along with a host of other family aand friends.
