Marie always brought joy to those around her. She loved going to SPAR, painting, and enjoying the holidays. She especially enjoyed being around her family. She will be dearly missed by those who knew her best and loved her most.
Marie is survived by her sisters, Mildred Louise Young and Theresa Classen (Larry), and her brother, Gary W. Moxley, Jr. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Marie was preceded in death by her father, Gary W. Moxley, Sr., her mother, Ruth Fedderson Moxley, her brothers, Mark Anthony Moxley and Timothy A. Moxley, and her sister, Patricia Voet Ketter.
A visitation will be held at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, Kinkade Room, located at 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana, 71108, on February 5, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life Graveside Service will take place at the same location at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Angels or St. Jude Children's Home.
