Marinelle Patterson Dyer

Marinelle Patterson Dyer, 81, of Corpus Christi, Texas was born March 10, 1942 in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Robert A. and Athlyn (Van Arsdel) Patterson, the younger of two children. She passed away of a long illness on August 19, 2023 in Corpus Christi, Texas.

She was Vice President of Business Systems, Inc., until her retirement.

Marinelle was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Charles “Chuck” Dyer, stepson Charles Ray Dyer, and brother Blake Patterson.

She is survived by son Robert Caro and wife Autumn, of Corpus Christi, Texas, daughter-in-law Cindy Dyer, grandson Kevin Scott Dyer and wife Katie, and son Joseph Edward Dyer and wife Roberta.

Service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, August 25, 2023, at Centuries Memorial, 8801 Mansfield Rd., Shreveport, Louisiana 71108.
