Reiko Kurama Bonanno

A private service for family and close friends will be held at Centuries Memorial Park, Friday, November 5, 2010 at 1:00 p.m., to celebrate the life and memories of Reiko Bonanno.

Reiko was born July 14, 1932, in Japan and entered into peaceful rest on Wednesday, November 3, 2010.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Torao and Masaeme Kurama. Left to cherish so many memories are her daughter, Evamarie Brunetti and husband, Tony; son, Jonduke Bonanno and Dawn Robinson; four grandchildren, Bryan, Anthony and Johnny Brunetti, and Haley Bonanno; one great-grandchild, Sebastian Brunetti; her sister and brothers remained in Japan.

She retired as a floral designer but kept in practice by maintaining her yard exquisitely where she passed away. Reiko was devoted to her family and enjoyed caring for everyone. She gave from the heart and was a blessing to those around her.

The family extends their deepest appreciation to all of the caregivers who provided comfort to Reiko toward the end of her life. A very special thank you to Cynthia for your loving care when we needed it most.

Honorary pallbearers are Bill Thomas, Richard Law, Michael Hayes and George Tharpe.
