Steven Arthur Vickers

Steven retired from General Motors and later owned his Quilting and Embroidery store. He was a quiet man who loved spending time in the woods hunting, NASCAR and Dale Earnhardt, Sr., and his Kansas City Chiefs. Steven was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him best and loved him most.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin A. Vickers and Mary Nadine Ferguson Vickers; son, Wade A. Vickers.

Left to cherish him memory is his wife, Janet L. Vickers; sons, Chad E. Vickers and William R. Vickers; grandchildren, Faith, Kelsie, Kalie, William Vickers, and Ashley Cornelius. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana.
