Services for Mr. Willis will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 17, 2014, at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Tuesday evening from 5-6 p.m. at the funeral home.
Thomas was a 1956 graduate of Fair Park High School and served his community for 20 years as a Shreveport Police Officer. He also enjoyed spending time with his many dogs.
Thomas is preceded in death by his father, Thomas H. Willis, Sr.; mother, Essie Willis; and brother, Jim Willis. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Mary Willis; son, Thomas H. Willis, III; three daughters, Sherry Merrill and husband Ken, Pam Stinson, and Jody Dion and husband, Roger; sister, Linda Peterson; and numerous grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces and nephews.
