Edwin Leonard Doyle

DOYLE, “Ed” Edwin Leonard- 77, Enfield/ Lantz, it is with sadness we announce the passing of “Ed” Edwin Leonard Doyle on Monday, November 15, 2010 at the Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Ed was born June 15, 1933, in Rocky Bay, Cape Breton. He was the son of the late Thomas and Sarah (McGrath) Doyle. He was the last surviving member of his parents family. Family members who will miss him greatly and remember him forever include, common-law wife, Frances (Ashley) Isenor and her surviving children Nellie, (Herb Preeper), Leo, (Debbie Keyes), George (Tammy), Paul (Wanda), Brenda (Beldie Dillman), Cindy Douthwright (Bernard) and Gerald (Vanda Grono); several nieces and nephews and grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, brothers, and sisters. Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8pm, Thursday with funeral service 11am, Friday all in St. Bernard’s Roman Catholic Church, Enfield, Father Andrew Rembarczyk officiating. Interment in St. Bernard’s Cemetery, Enfield. Donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
