He was born on December 18, 1968 in Sikeston, MO. to the late David and Wanda Marie Osburn Evans.
He is survived by one sister, Sonya (David) Worthington of Cape Girardeau, MO.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Fred Leist.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 5:30 p.m. until time of memorial service at 6:30 p.m. at Compassion Church, 100 Outlet Dr., Suite 7, Sikeston, MO. 63801 with Pastor Frank Worthington, officiating.
A private inurnment will be held at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston, MO.
