Margaret Ramsey, age 65, died September 30, 2014, at the home of her brother in Poplar Bluff. She was born October 16, 1948, in Hayti, MO, to Ralph and Gloria Cassiey Clark, and was a homemaker. She married Don Ramsey in 1973, and he preceded her in death in 2001.
