

She was born on September 15, 1947, in Sikeston, MO to the late Horace and Hazel Dismuke Evans.
Marsha was a devoted, loving spouse, mother, grandmother. She served beside her husband for 20 years of service to the United States Air Force. She was a longtime member of First Assembly of God in Sikeston.
She is survived by one son, Ron (Lisa) Blackburn of Sikeston, MO; two brothers, Fred Evans of Sikeston, MO and Michael (Helene) Evans of Allen, TX, four sisters, Sue (Dennis) McKown of Montgomery, AL, Karen (Leon) Kaiser of Clarksville, TN, Elaine Hodgkiss of Grand Prairie, TX and Debbie Barrozo of Cape Girardeau, MO; five grandchildren, Micah Blackburn (Clayton), Holly (Dalton) Peters, Ian Blackburn, Lincoln Blackburn, and Landon Blackburn all of Sikeston, MO; two great grandchildren, Aurora Peters and Brooklyn Peters of Sikeston, MO; one sister-in-law, Berta Evans of Chaffee, MO; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bertis Donald Blackburn; two brothers, Cliff Evans and Horace Evans Jr., two brothers-in-laws, Daniel Barrozo and Kenny Hodgkiss and one sister-in-law, Teresa Evans.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026. from 11:00 a.m. until time of memorial service at 1:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO with John McHaffie pastor of First Assembly of God in Sikeston, MO.
