

Born September 1, 1942, in Manila, Arkansas, to the late Roy E. and Mamie Harvielle Williams, he was a self-employed building contractor for over 50 years. He attended Tanner Street Church of God in Sikeston, where he served as head usher for many years. He was also a member of the Scott County Sheriff’s Posse and an avid horseman.
On February 24, 1961, in Cahokia, Illinois, he married Jeannie S. Howard who survives of the home.
Additional survivors include two sons, Marty (Kelly) Williams and Jeff (Kristi) Williams, both of Sikeston; one brother, Joe “Bob” (Karen) Williams of Sikeston. Also surviving are four grandchildren; Tate (Phillip) Warren, Kalli (Clayton) Harris, Jayci Williams and Spencer (Alli) Williams. Additionally, he is also survived by two great-grandchildren, Sawyer and Tuf Warren and many cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and eleven siblings.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Tanner Street Church of God in Sikeston from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with a celebration of life immediately following.
