Born in Nashville Tennessee, she was a graduate of East High School and George Peabody College for Teachers. She is predeceased by her husband of 53 years, James, and survived by her daughters, Susan (Bil), and Linda (Ken), her brother and sister-in-law, two grandchildren. and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She leaves behind a devoted circle of family and friends who will love her and remember her forever.
