Born June 1,1944 in El Paso Texas. Son of Alicia and Lucio Veloz. He was a proud U.S Army and Airforce veteran.
Fernando earned a Master's Degree of economics from the University of Southern California and went on to work at The Department of Labor, OFCCP in Washington, D.C.
Fernando is survived by his loving wife, Suzette, Daughter Suzette Celestina Jun-Soriano, Son in law Ramiro Soriano- Mendoza and grandchildren, Tiffany S. Jun and Houston F. Soriano.
