Frances Eela Mark passed away on Friday March 25, 2016 at Doctor’s Community Hospital. She is survived by her mother Myrtle Mark, her niece Brieana, and a host of loving family members. A memorial service will held at 11:00 am on Friday, April 08, 2016 at the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 4912 Whitfield Chapel Road, Lanham, Maryland.
