John is survived by his wife, Florie Munz; son Steve (Miranda) Munz, and grandsons Alan and Ryan.
John was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Jim, and sister Mary.
A memorial service for John will be held Saturday, August 3, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20904. A cremation will occur.
