He was preceded in death by Tangee Toy (Wife), Ronnie Toy (Son), his late (Mother), her late (Father).
Nay is survived by his children Jane, Rudy (Judy) and Robert. Along with his grandchildren Justin and Jason.
A visitation for Nay will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20904 followed by funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial to occur Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 1:00 PM at George Washington Cemetery, 9500 Riggs Road, Adelphi, Maryland 20783.
