Nei is survived by his son Hew Fay Fong.
Nei was preceded in death by his wife Yu Ling Lee Fong.

A burial will occur Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 12:00 PM at George Washington Cemetery, 9500 Riggs Road, Adelphi, Maryland 20783.
