On Sunday May 8, 2016, Olga Maria Small loving mother of Dr. Norma Small-Warren and mother-in-law of Simon Francis; cherished grandmother of Antonio and Sergio Francis; adored great-grandmother of Mylie Marie, Sergio XV and Aria Francis. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Born in Panama, founder of Panamanian Folkloric Group in the US, philanthropist and active participant in the Latino community of DC, petitioned for founding of the Upper Cardozo Health Center.
