Pamela Esther Relkin of Silver Spring died on Thursday, March 10th, beloved wife of Murray Relkin, loving mother of Andrew Relkin and Stacey Relkin Winkler (and Jeffrey Winkler), dear sister of Lillian Kirsch and the late Emmanuel (and Beaty) Felbery, Peter (and Josie) Fenton and Sydney Kirsch, devoted bubba to Eli, Leah and Sam Winkler, along with many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews in England.
