Quy is survived by his wife, Linh Thuy Ngo.
A visitation for Quy will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20904. Following the visitation will be a mass of christian burial at 7:00 PM at Our Lady of Vietnam Catholic Church, 11814 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20904.
