A funeral service for Stuart will be held Monday, September 8, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Adat Shalom Reconstructionist Congregation, 7727 Persimmon Tree Lane, Bethesda, Maryland 20817. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park, 14321 Comus Road, Clarksburg, Maryland 20871.
