Vincent Gerard Villa Pineda

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Vincent Gerard Villa Pineda, who left us far too soon on October 28, 2025. Many knew and will remember him as VeeGee. He was the loving father of Vianca Jaye Pineda and Gavin Vincent Pineda, the cherished son of the late Ernesto “Ernie” Pineda and Asuncion “Siony” Pineda, and the caring brother of Cecilia “Mia” Pineda.

VeeGee lived a life rooted in faith, family, and music. He shared his love for God through every note he played and every act of kindness he gave. A devoted father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, he brought laughter and warmth to all who knew him. He faced life with heart and always strove to love and serve in the best way he knew how. Music was his prayer, and he shared that passion freely with his bandmates and friends throughout his life, leaving behind melodies that will be remembered with joy and tenderness.

He found great purpose in serving through the Couples for Christ community, as a music ministry head, and as a faithful Captain of the Knights of Columbus living out the values of faith, unity, and brotherhood. Those who knew him will remember his humor, sincerity, and steadfast devotion to his family and to God. Though his time with us was cut short, the joy, music, and love he shared will continue to echo in our lives. We will miss him deeply but find comfort in knowing that his spirit will always be with us.

Please join us in honoring VeeGee’s life and legacy on Friday, November 7, 2025, at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, located at 11800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20904, from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM and 4:00 PM–8:00 PM. There will be a scripture service at 5:00 PM on November 7th at Hines-Rinaldi followed by Knights of Columbus Casket Watch and Memorial Rosary. Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 9:00 AM at Our Lady Lourdes Catholic Church, located at 7500 Pearl Street, Bethesda, MD 20814, followed by inurnment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20906.
