Zi Xin Wu

Zi Xin Wu was born on October 24th, 1934, in China. The son of Bok Sing NG and Zhen Zhu Li. He grew up in Taishan, where he developed a strong work ethic and a deep love for his family. He pursued a career in teaching and was a principal at a school. After he retired in 1986, he immigrated to the United States of America with his family.

A loving husband to Shuang Feng Yu, he was a pillar of strength and support for his family. Together, they raised three children: Yong Chang Wu, Qi Jie Wu, and Yong Na Wu.

He was a devoted father, always there to offer guidance, love, and care. He cherished family gatherings where his presence at holidays and celebrations brought warmth and joy to those around him.

He is survived by his loving wife: Shuang Feng Yu. His children: Yong Chang Wu, Qi Jie Wu, Yong Na Wu. Seven grandchildren: Steven Wu, Helen Wu, Larry Liu, Betty Liu, Brian Zhu, Vincent Zhu, Marco Zhu. Two great grandchildren: Jayden Wu, Kian Wu.

Viewing will be held 4pm – 7pm Friday, December 19th, 2025 in the Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home: 11800 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20904.

Funeral services will be held at 9:00 am Saturday, December 20th, 2025 in the Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home: 11800 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20904. Burial will follow at George Washington Cemetery: 9500 Riggs Road, Adelphi, MD 20783.

Repast will be held in Grace’s Steak & Seafood Restaurant: 10531 Martin Luther King Jr. HWY, Bowie, MD 20720.

慈父伍自新於2025年12月2日安詳辭世，他身旁有摯愛的家人陪伴，享年92歲。

伍自新於1934年10月24日出生在中國。 他是伍培基與李珍珠之子。 他在台山長大. 他培養出強烈的工作態度和對家人的深厚愛意。他選擇從事教學事業。他是學校的校長。1986年退休後，他與家人移民至美國。

作为余双凤慈愛的丈夫, 他是家族的支柱。他們共同撫養了三個孩子: 伍詠嫦，伍启杰 和 伍詠娜.

他是一位盡責的父親，總是在那裡給予指導、愛與關懷。他珍惜家庭聚會. 每次節日與慶典, 他的出現都会為 家人和朋友帶來溫暖與喜悅。

他身後留下摯愛的妻子 余双凤。他的子女有: 伍詠嫦, 伍启杰, 伍詠娜. 七位孫子女：Steven Wu、Helen Wu、Larry Liu、Betty Liu、Brian Zhu、Vincent Zhu、Marco Zhu。 兩位曾孫: Jayden Wu, Kian Wu。
