

Beverly Anderson (Stroh) was born to Roy and Helen Stroh in Woodside, CA 87 years ago. Bev and siblings were raised in Snohomish, WA where she graduated in the Class of 1951 from Snohomish High School. She went on to complete her registered nursing degree from the Providence Nursing School and had a long successful career as a labor and delivery nurse. She was one of the original employees at Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland, WA. Caring and giving was her life’s passion, whether it was as a nurse, mother, foster mom, daughter, sister, grandma, church helper or friend. Bev touched so many lives!
Bev is survived by her three children; Greg Anderson and his wife Vickie of Snohomish, Kimberly Keenan and her husband Scott of Kirkland, and Kristi Young of Bothell. She is also survived by her sister JoAnn Houston of Spokane and five beautiful grandchildren; Hayley Keenan, Alexander Keenan, Brooke Young, Nathan Young and Joshua Young. She was preceded in death by her brother, James Stroh.
Bev will be interred at the G.A.R. Cemetery in Snohomish alongside her parents and brother. No services are planned at this time. Remembrances may be made in her name to The Alzheimer’s Association of Washington.
