Roxanne Gail Kuchan, 73 of Snohomish, WA passed away peacefully on Monday, January 4 following a seven year-long battle with cancer. She was born in Lewistown, MT on July 1, 1947. “Rocky”, as she was affectionately known, was the eldest child born to Miles and Mary Elliott. She grew up in Lewistown and attended Lewistown Schools.
She married Richard Kuchan December 28, 1964 and moved to Seattle in 1967, they divorced in 1981. Leny’s Tavern was her employer for 25 years. She loved ceramics, all sorts of music as Elvis was her favorite. Rocky enjoyed watching Jeopardy and doing the New York Times crossword puzzle at the same time. All through her life she always had a magnitude of multiple animals like a petting zoo and she treated them like her children (or better) 😊. She went to the Snohomish Senior Center to play mahjong weekly, and her fabulous talent for quilting will be remembered forever in all the lovely things she made. She was her witty self, up to the end.
