Sandy was born on August 8, 1940, in Snohomish, Washington, to Crandall “Spike” Schott and Patricia “Pat” Schott (Clagett). She was raised in the community she loved and remained deeply rooted in Snohomish throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gordon Jerome Walker. She is survived by her son, Gordy Walker; her sisters, Susie Grover and Tracy Gilbertson; her brother, Fritz Schott; her daughter-in-law, Haili Liu; and her cherished grandson, Jacopo Walker.
Sandy lived a long and meaningful life.
