

William B. Walsh passed away peacefully with family at his side on April 3, 2015. He was born in Snohomish, Wash. on December 28, 1924 and resided there almost his entire life. Bill graduated from Snohomish High School in 1943. He then served in the U.S. Navy until 1946. Upon his return he partnered with his brother Chuck in a milk distributorship known as Walsh Bros. Dairy where he worked as a milkman for over 40 years, retiring in 1990. He was also a volunteer firefighter for the city of Snohomish for over 36 years. He was an avid bowler and rolled the first perfect "300" game in Snohomish in 1962. He was a huge Washington Huskies football fan and a season ticket holder for many years. In retirement he enjoyed golfing, RVing with family and friends and was a member of the Everettes RV Club. He later started bowling again by partaking in Wii bowling at his retirement home. Bill is survived by his wonderful and caring wife of 66 years, Marian; son, Tom (Nancy); grandsons, Barry (Danielle) and Todd; and three great grandsons, Gage, Rider and Gavin. He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles, and sister, Beatrice. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the Everett Firefighters Hall, 2411 Hewitt Ave., Everett. -
