Willis Kevin Tucker was born on August 30, 1959 and passed away this past Christmas morning of cancer. He was the son of Snohomish County's first executive, Willis Tucker, and his wife, Annette.
Kevin graduated from Snohomish High School in 1977 and joined the navy soon after. He was honorably discharged after two years of service. He attended Everett Community College and worked for Snohomish County for over 20 years. Kevin was a great friend and relative to have. He had an infectious laugh that would make everyone else in the room laugh along with him.
He will be greatly missed by his mother, Annette; wife, Pam; sister, Toni; brother, John; daughter, Amanda; granddaughters, Jordan and Hailey; a large extended family and a multitude of friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willis.
There will be a Celebration of Life to be held at the Willis Tucker Park after the first of the year. Details will be announced at a later date.
