

Patricia (Brown) Cericola, 74, of Lakeland, passed away Saturday September 7, 2013 at Crouse Hospital. Known to many as Gram, she was born in Syracuse to the late James and Evelyn (Barrett) Brown and graduate of Solvay High School. She was a cafeteria worker at Westhill High School, and later in the Central Service Department of Crouse Hospital before retiring. She was an avid reader, bowler, and enjoyed passing time on the internet playing games and Facebooking. Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Albert, son, Adam, 3 brothers, James, John and Bill, and a sister, Chrissy.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Ann (CJ) Cericola, of Baldwinsville and Karen Cericola, of Syracuse, 3 sons, Michael (Jacki) Cericola, David Cericola, both of Syracuse and Jeff (Heathere) Cericola, of Bainbridge Island, WA, 7 grandchildren, DJ Cericola, Brad and Marissa Pozzi, Christopher and Alexa Cericola, Alyssa and Victoria Madrigal, a sister, Mary Smith, of Syracuse and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 9 am Thursday in BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, Rev. Amedeo Guida presiding. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery, Syracuse. Calling hours are from 4 to 7 pm Wednesday at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, 2601 Milton Ave.
