Born in Dartmouth, a daughter of the late John and Mary (da Ponte) Simmons, she was a life-long resident of the area.
Mrs. Perry was former member of the Holy Ghost Society, a St. Luke’s volunteer and an avid collector of cook books.
She is survived by her daughter Janice Perry and husband Barry Perry of Newtown, Pennsylvania; three granddaughters, Kristen Koseski and husband Patrick, Kimberly Perry and husband Brian Madden and Bethany Perry and husband Seth Newman; five great grandchildren, Jordan, Isabelle, Max, Chase and Alix; several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be held Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 10 AM in the WARING-SULLIVAN Home of Memorial Tribute at Dartmouth, 230 Russells Mills Rd., Dartmouth. Visitation 9-10 AM, prior to the service. Burial will be in South Dartmouth Cemetery.
