Allen D. Quintin

Allen Dennis Quintin, a beloved and hard-working individual, passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on July 26, 1941, in New Bedford, Allen spent his formative years in Fairhaven and was a graduate of Fairhaven High School.

He was a self-employed land surveyor, dedicating his career to his profession with diligence and integrity. His work ethic and commitment were evident to all who knew him.

He was the husband of the late Elaine (Ferreira) Quintin. Allen is survived by his cherished daughters, Christine Marie Quintin of Dartmouth and Kim A. Correia and her husband Joseph of New Bedford. He was a proud grandfather to Alex J. Correia of New York. Additionally, he leaves behind his brother, Russell Quintin, and his wife Lin of Tennessee, as well as one nephew and two nieces.

Allen had a deep love for his family and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He enjoyed camping trips with his family and found relaxation in watching television. His passions and dedication to his family and hobbies will be fondly remembered by those who knew him.

Allen’s visitation will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00PM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Dartmouth, 230 Russells Mills Rd., Dartmouth, MA 02748. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be Private. To leave a note of condolence: www.waring-sullivan.com
