Debbie was a career beautician and business owner who loved taking care of her customers in the salon attached to her home. She was known for taking extra care in making her clients, who were more like family, feel beautiful and cared for. Debbie had a strong faith and taught CCD at Our Lady of the Cape, for many years. She was an animal lover and had many wonderful pets throughout her lifetime. She would often host get-togethers for her tight-knit group of friends who loved a good game of cards or Rummikub.
Debbie was a loving mother of two sons, Matthew and Bradford. She also loved her role as “Grandma”, to her two grandchildren, Harper and Evangeline (Evie). Her family was her greatest pride and joy.
She is survived by her brother Buddy Valley and predeceased are her parents Georgine & Earl Valley, a brother Bobby-Lee and her sisters Cindy & Kari Valley. Debbie was a sweet, generous, compassionate soul with so much love in her heart.
Her many testaments of strength and fortitude will be fondly remembered by all who were lucky enough to know her. A Midwest girl through and through, her faith was strong and her kindness unmatched. She was a loyal friend, proud mother and grandmother as well. The door was always open at Debbie’s house.
A Mass will be held in her honor at St. Pius X Church in South Yarmouth on Saturday April 15th at 11am.
