Ruth A. Rauss, 69, passed peacefully on June 22, 2021. She leaves behind her forever love, her person of 25 years, Susan Starke, and their beloved "Buddy". She is also survived by her two brothers, Larry Rauss and his wife Drea, and Bob Rauss and his wife Sally of Long Island, N.Y.
Ruth was a loving and kind person, always looking out for her friends and family, especially Susie. She was always ready to go. She was strong and supportive, an ever present individual.
Ruth was a lover of life, especially the one she created with Susie. She loved all of the animals they shared. Those who knew her always felt loved and cared for. She gave herself freely, not having a selfish cell in her being.
Ruth will be remembered by her strength and unmatchable stamina, along with her smile which lit up our hearts and world.
A celebration of Ruth's life will be held at a later date.
