Ellen “Bunny” Bernice Croft (Nee Baner) was called home, March 2, 2018 at the Masonic Village in Warminster, PA., after battling Dementia. Bunny was 87 and the devoted wife of the late Charles W. Croft, Jr. of 64 years. Born in Feasterville, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. Baner, Jr. and Phoebe Ellen (Carver) Baner. Bunny was a graduate of Council Rock HS and long time resident of Southampton and Hatboro. She was predeceased by her brother, Charles E. Baner III (Lillian). Prior to the birth of her children Bunny worked for Eugene Klinger at Craven Hall in Warminster and later in life as a judicial clerk at District Court in Feasterville. She was a past member of the ladies auxiliary of the Southampton Fire Company. She especially loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ellen is survived by her son C. Wendel Croft (Wendy) of Warminster and her daughter Ellen L. Forr (Randy) of Hatboro. She was the treasured grandmother of Wendi, Charles and Tyler, and great grandchildren Emma, Charlotte, Parker and Tessa. She is also survived by her sisters, Patricia Ann Barcalow (Robert) of Virginia and Nancy Jane Rosenau (Howard) of Spinnerstown, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing from 10 till 11 am, with Bunny’s Funeral Service at 11am. Thursday, March 8th , at the Wm Rowen Grant Funeral Home, Street Road and Huntingdon Pike, Southampton. Her interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park in Feasterville.
