John "Jack" Joseph Curran

Jack grew up in the Fairmount and Swampoodle neighborhoods of Philadelphia and attended Dobbins High School. He was a proud Irishman who enjoyed cooking and baking, and was famous for his BBQ ribs, pepperoni bread, and Italian wedding soup. He also enjoyed trips to the Poconos and loved to fish. He loved his hometown sports teams, the Eagles and Phillies.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bonaventure and Marie (nee Fox), his loving wife, Linda (nee Pace), and his beloved son, Johnny.

Jack is survived by his children, Lynn Marie (David), Chris (Liz), daughter-in-law, Reenie Curran, his grandchildren: Tara, Caitlyn, Anthony, Samantha, and Jenna and his grea -grandchildren: Nicholas, Jordyn, Joseph, Tori, and Riley. Jack is also survived by his siblings: Betty, Joe (Dolores), Eileen, and Donna (Tom).

Interment will be private. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Donations in Jack's memory can be made in his honor to St. Jude's Hospital for Children. This was his favorite charity.
