Lauren Lucas

She was born on Feb. 23, 1994, to Russell Lucas, Sr. and Cindy (Richards) Lucas in Willow Grove, Pa.

Lauren attended Arizona State University where she studied Psychology, a long-time passion of hers. Boy, did she hate the math though!

She had worked remotely as a patent processor for the Complex Work Unit at Reed Tech from 2014. She had only recently left her job as a shift supervisor at Starbucks where she had worked since 2018.

Lauren was the most amazing thrift store shopper, always finding outrageous clothing and somehow making them work. She was always expanding her record collection which ranged from jazz to classic rock to musicals to just absolutely everything with a vibe. She loved painting random doodles with her canvases and watercolors or attending art and music festivals. She loved her rock-climbing gym. She loved buying flowers for no reason at all, the more color the better. She loved supporting her friends and sisters in anything they pursued and gave so much time and attention to everyone close to her. More than anything, Lauren loved her dog Loki. They loved to hike, take bike rides, drive with the stereo blasting and the windows down, and curl up on the floor or couch for hours. An unmatchable dynamic duo.

Lauren is survived by her parents Russell and Cindy, her brothers Russell, Daniel, and Jesse, and her sisters Michelle, Haley, Sylvia, Elizabeth, Melany, Emma, Clarissa, and Lyla. She was preceded in death by her sister Sharon.

Visitation will be on Thursday, March 18th, but will closed for immediate family. Interment will follow from 12:00PM and is open to all at Whitemarsh Memorial Park at 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, Pa, 19002.
