He was predeceased by his parents Hugh Ford Spencer and Letha Alma Anderson Spencer. He was born at Dosher Memorial Hospital May 26, 1949.
Surviving relatives are his wife, Ramona Evans Spencer; children, Brian and wife Tracy and Kristen and husband James; grandchildren, Ava and Jack Spencer; brother, Hugh Edwin Spencer and wife Shelia Spencer; brother-in-law, Jack and Yolanda Evans; nieces Monica and Laura Spencer, Sara, Leslie and Jessica Evans, and great-niece Maggie Britt. He also held a special place in his heart for Rees and Cade Osborne.
The family will receive friends Wednesday March 2, 2016 from 6-8 pm in the chapel of Peacock, Newnam and White.
