Carolyn was born December 27, 1945 in Tuscaloosa, AL, daughter of the late Dr. Norman Herbert Reim and Minnie Evelyn Avery Reim. She was a military wife, moving several times with her husband during his 24 years in the US Air Force. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Ken Freshwater; a son OK Bryant IV of Tuscaloosa, AL; two daughters, Tracy Carter of Morris Chapel, TN, and Deborah Silber of King George, VA; a step-son Kenneth B. Freshwater, III of Columbus, MS; a sister, Avery Ramspeck of Winchester, VA; a brother Norman Reim of Upper Black Eddy, PA; and nine grandchildren, OK V, Ashley, Zachery, Kaitlyn, Eric, Owen, Ethan, Caroline, and Christian.
Services for Carolyn will be held at a later date.
